Community Outreach
Rising Writers is committed to connecting with aspiring authors in the community, especially those who may not have the resources or guidance to share their stories. Our trained mentors teach writing workshops at local libraries, Boys and Girls Clubs, and elementary schools, coaching young authors as they develop their stories from start to finish.
The story continues long after the workshop ends. Students access our free online resources and video tutorials and stay in touch with our writing mentors, who offer continuous editing support and motivate them to keep drafting.
